This office provides the local administration for mental health, mental retardation, and drug and alcohol programs. This involves program and fiscal monitoring as well as long range planning.

BLAIR COUNTY MH/MR/DRUG & ALCOHOL PROGRAM

This office arranges, by contract, to provide state mandated and other mental health, mental retardation, drug and alcohol services as follows: centralized intake, information and referral, case management, outpatient services, partial hospitalization, early intervention services, social rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, recreation, residential services, transportation, court coordination, MR family support services, and education services.
