MidPenn Legal Services provides free legal representation for low-income clients in a wide variety of civil matters, including loss, reduction, or denial of government benefits, evictions, mortgage foreclosures, creditor problems, public utility terminations, certain child custody cases, domestic violence, adequacy of health care and no-fault divorces.

Eligibility: To qualify for legal help through MidPenn Legal Services, an individual/family's income must be within the financial eligibility guidelines set by MidPenn Legal Services' funding sources..
