PROGRAMS:
EARLY INTERVENTION
This agency provides services and supports to children and their families who reside in Blair County and who are eligible for early intervention based on an assessed developmental delay. These include:
- Early Intervention Service Coordination (for children birth to age three)
- Assist eligible child and the family to available services in their natural environment
- Coordinate services across provider lines
- Facilitate development of Individual Family Support Plan (IFSP)
- Inform families of advocacy services
- Coordinate medical and health providers
- Facilitate the development of a transition plan to preschool services if appropriate
- Work with the Local Interagency Coordination Council (LICC) to promote and maintain best practices for services to children birth to school age.

MENTAL RETARDATION SERVICES
This agency provides services and supports to people who reside in Blair County and who are eligible for mental retardation services. These include:
- Intake, information and referral
- Transition from School to Adult Life
- Consultation, Education & Training
- Incident investigation
- Discharge Planning
- Person Centered Planning
- On Call Support to Crisis Center
- Support Coordination
- Locating paid and natural supports and services
- Coordinating all services and supports
- Monitoring delivery of services and progress toward outcomes
