Agency Type: Non-Profit The Arc of Blair County, a non profit agency, is committed to improving the quality of life for people with developmental disabilities and their families through education, advocacy, support and socialization. PROGRAMS: The Arc of Blair County is dedicated to offering programs for children and adults of all ages with ANY form of developmental disability such as a specific learning disability, Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, other health impairment, etc. We encourage and practice inclusion in our programs for children and adults.
