All proceeds will benefit the Blair County Youth League (BCYL)

Prizes for Top Overall Male & Female & 1st, 2nd & 3rd place medals in each age group

In consideration of this entry being accepted, I hereby, for myself, for my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights to file claim or judgment for damages I may have against the County of Blair, the Blair County Human Services Offices, the Blair County Youth League, Rails to Trails, The Williamsburg Playground Project, the Borough of Williamsburg and all other sponsors. I also waive and release any individuals holding this event, their employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns, for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event, for the care and safety of valuables in my possession. Further, I certify that I am physically fit to participate in this event because I have adequately trained to participate in this race. I know and understand that under no circumstances will registration fees be refunded. I have read, understand, and agree with the conditions set forth in this waiver
